Rafa earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Indonesia in 3,5 years. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Prior to joining Dewi Djalal & Partners, Rafa gained experience at a law firm, a corporate legal department, and an environmental law research institution. Her professional experience spans litigation, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance, including assisting in civil and criminal disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, and environmental matters. She has also supported legal due diligence and corporate restructuring projects involving state-owned enterprises. These experiences have provided her with a solid foundation in legal research and drafting, as well as a well-rounded understanding of both litigation and non-litigation matters. Rafa is professionally fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
