Position: Human Capital Management
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field
– Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Human Capital
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and empathy to build strong professional relationships
– Solid understanding of local Labor Laws and employment regulations
– Familiarity with HRIS and data management
Core Responsibilities:
– Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth integration for new hires
– Developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align employee output with company goals
– Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs to enhance employee growth and organizational capability
– Designing initiatives to improve workplace culture, morale, and overall employee well-being
– Managing employment contracts, internal policies, and ensuring all HR practices comply with legal standards
