Zahara Ramadini Tohir, S.H.

Rara obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in 2019. She was actively involved in a well-known non-profit law organization in Asia. In addition, Rara had competed and won a number of competitions in local & national moot court competitions as well as national english competitions. She was awarded as the Best Attorney in the Internal Moot Court Competition Universitas Jenderal Soedirman in 2017 and the National Moot Court Competition “Piala Jaksa Agung VI” in 2018 as well as recognized as the First Winner for both Competitions with her team.

Prior to joining Dewi Djalal & Partners Law Office as an associate, she had advised foreign and local companies in general corporate matters, industrial relation disputes, anti monopoly and competition disputes, to arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions in a prominent litigation law firm in Indonesia. She currently focuses on general corporate matters, restructuring, and intellectual property. In 2022, she has been named as one of HukumOnline's NeXGen Lawyers of 2022.

She has sucessfully passed the Advocate Profession Examination (UPA) in 2021 from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

She speaks both Bahasa and English.
